It’s possible that he is not interested in you because he already is in a relationship. But, it is also possible that he is shy. So, consider making the first move and invite him to lunch one day. Or, ask him if he’s free for a cup of coffee after work. If he says no then it could be because he doesn’t like you. Sadly, not everyone in life will like you and it’s necessary to learn to recognize when it is time to move on.
